The most common reason is that personal relationships lead to situations of conflicts between neighbors may be due to one of the most complicated problems of this statutory scheme, which is the balance of interests among owners.

Today condos have the opportunity to hire a mediator to help them manage it in an efficient and convenient way for their owners.

Having a external manager requires a cost, but ultimately proves to be an investment, better adminstration the facility will help preserve the value of the investment and will ensure owners get a more professional service. Which leads to lower turn over of property, thus higher demand.

Factor in the cost of a condo manager when looking at condominium buildings are as real estate property investment and do not assume that you can do it yourself.
