Today. Immediately after you purchase ReaBench you will be able to download it, install it and start using it. You can also purchase it and downloading at a later time by going to the Returning Customer drop down and clicking on Download Purchased Product.

No, there is no time restraint. You can download the software whenever you wish by going to the Returning Customer drop down and clicking on Download Purchased Product.

Am I required to pay any annual subscription fees to use the software?
No. The license you purchase is yours for life. You are not obligated to pay any annual fees.
